Parting Out a 1954

Post by m-11 »

I bought this as a parts truck for my 51 and its time to start clearing some parking space. The bed floor, cab doors, hood, tailgate, left front fender and a few small items went to my project. It may not look like much is left but I have a lot of parts that there were removed and put into boxes. Shoot me an e-mail @ malachinski6@gmail.com and I'll let you know if I have what you need. The last three photos are of the tailgate that's available.

Looks like a 6x6 with the spare axle behind it, I would soooooooo want it if it was, mind you, I would be at the back of a very long queue as everyone else on here is so much closer

When I rolled that extra axle behind it I thought that would be a cool idea. I'm sure someone has already done it already.

I am looking for some 6.5" Budds rims if you have any for sale. It looks like your have 5.5" rims from what I can tell. The 6.5" rims are flat across the lock ring and the hub center. 5.5" rims have the rim center sticking out about 1.25" further than the lock ring.

I'll have to check my other rims. I know the truck I'm restoring had different looking rims.
