Transmission

I have a transmission that I do not know what it is and looking for some info I just bought a truck with a 301 poly In it that has a transmission mounted on it all I can find is on the drivers side it has 8-25-55 on the top by the shifter it has c-89989 and below that is 9-14-15 and below that it has a big H I think it is a new process but what is it

stick it on photobucket or a public facebook album and insert the image url. Is it fully sync'd or no?

Could be an early NP 420; looks like it's in a Power Wagon. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Looks like the later model NP420 like used in the M's.

The only thing is the linkage does not bolt up like on the M's

That clutch bracket bolted to the top does not look to be stock/factory. It appeasers to be fabricated by someone.

Yes there is a few other things that is fabricated that I will be cutting off and fixing

That has the handbrake mount used on the WC Dodges.
