Wisconsin passes SB110
Just got the news that the Wis. assembly passed SB110 giving broader usage and protections for the use of HMV's, Historic Military Vehicles, and allows different titling options, etc. Now on to the Governor for his signature.

That's good news Carl. I know it's been an uphill fight for all Wisc. mil. vehicle owners against the bureaucrats.
Hope the new legislation, if signed by the Gov., gives all of you mil. vehicle drivers a lot more FREEDOM.
If Vince Lombardi was the Gov., he would eliminate the Wis. DMV and put Bart Star in charge.
