Does anyone know if there is a TM for the adjustment and repair of the mechanical (as opposed to the solid state) 24VDC voltage regulators? Specifically, the Auto-Lite regulators.
My regulator over charges slightly at higher engine speeds (anything over 45 to 50 MPH). This seems to indicate that it needs adjustment, but I'd like to consult a manual before I just take it out and send it to LA to be overhauled (about a $400 little adventure).
Thanks for any help you can provide.

here you go Sir

I didn't rotate the pics fearing the quality of my over copied manual would degrade further
now how about making a build thread to showcase your beautiful work

Thanks, Robyn!
I haven't had a chance to read it yet, (I've got to down load it and magnify it) because of work and all, but I will this weekend.
I'll let you know how successful I am after I've played with it.
Thanks again!

You know, I bet Dino, the guy that rebuilt my electrical stuff, could/would probably be able to do your regulator. No need to send it south.
