carb needle seating

I used to run dual-pumper cathedral bowl Holleys on my V-8's, but had an issue I never resolved. When running diagonally at speed across cotton or corn rows, the diagonal rocking would unseat the needles and cause intermittent flooding every 30 seconds or so. Was only an issue when running fast.

What bowls or other carbs do you guys use to combat this problem?
What's the most effective solution?
