The guys are going to rip you apart asking that much ($200 + shipping) for the Dave A book and $45 worth of TMs.

Seems people pay all different prices for military manuals, probably because they don't know the true availability of them. No comment on the asking price (none of my business) but I will say I recently bought a signed copy of David Ahl's Restoration Guide for $15 at the MTA meet in Sussex a few months ago....and I just bought the Carburetor manual yesterday online for $5. I guess I'm saying it pays to shop around if you're not in a hurry. But the bottom line is like anything else....they're worth what people will pay for them.

That was 4 $ less than Dave sold it for originally. Trader Joe's Outpost gave away a few hundred of the carb manual a few years ago, I haven't heard anything about them in a while?

Thanks for the heads. But, you as a moderator should keep control of the thread and not let it get HIGH JACKED.
