Anybody See the Yellow ???

Post by w30bob »

Guys,

Thanks for your replies regarding my question about the red circles painted at all lube points. I also found this page in the manual talking about powerplant removal. Anybody see the yellow??

regards,
bob

Hi Bob,

My whole truck body was painted yellow under the red paint. I hope that helps  I didn't see any yellow on the power plant mounts.

I guess I did it right then by pulling the body before I pulled the drive train.

Bert.........that's funny. From the looks of things you could have answered the "red circles" question the same way.

I'm wondering how the paint stuck to that greasy  truck  Seriously though both of my m-37's didn't have any yellow painted grease point spots. I have seen red paint on a few pieces of heavy equipment that I have worked on over the years along with green, red and yellow little caps that covered the grease fittings that you had to remove to apply the grease.
