rear axle shafts
I still have a few reproduction axle shafts for sale for converted M37's. They were manufactured by Foote Axles and will handle V8 power and torque not to mention 4bt Cummins.
Re: rear axle shafts
Any axle pricing or metallurgical certification to go along with this listing?
Re: rear axle shafts
I think Daniel Tibus had these axles manufactured by Foote, I also recall he had a very hard time selling them, regardless of the hardness/quality. If you do a site search you should find some of his info. He has returned to Europe and driving big Mercedes off road and stuff, he also has some nice pic's on his FB page.

Re: rear axle shafts
In Hindsight I should have purchased Daniel's front axles too as they are good quality gear. I have given the rear axles an absolute pounding and even abused the rear axle a bit on and off road, I removed the axles a few months ago and there is not a hint of twisting or damage, if you get the opportunity to buy a set of Daniel Tibus axles then do it, you won't be sorry...
