Freight Options

Post by Monkey Man »

Has anybody got any good ideas re: getting a Mutt diff to Australia with minimal cost? Geoff bought a Mutt, rear diff is a bit noisy so he has 2 choices, rebuild the diff or just get a NOS one from Muttparts.com. The diff from Muttparts is very well priced at $375 but the USPS post is going to be $529 making for a total of $904 and a non-viable option for him.
Suggestions anyone??

Here's an outfit I used to get some heavy but not too bulky Helo parts to Darwin. I thought they were quite reasonable. If your level of urgency is low their a great fit. They were referred to me by a guy who restores Bentleys in Melbourne. They take care of all the customs forms. Just don't be too specific. I wouldn't mention it's a MUTT part . Just automotive axle would be sufficient.
Click on the link and let them walk you through the procedure.
