Canvas top installtion question
I need a picture of the brackets on the top of the windshield frame that the canvas top straps attach to. I had a hard top on the truck and have purchased the two brackets but am not sure where they go or what direction. Can someone post a picture for me? Thanks

I just put a new top on mine so send me an email and I will send you some pics.

Brackets
The brackets bolt into holes at the top of the windshield frame and face rearward. Sid Beck may have some. Give him a shout.

What is the difference between using the straps as opposed to the brackets ?

Hi Dave,
The straps run through the front brackets and back to the footman loops to add support to the canvas top so it doesn't flap so much when moving at "ahem" speed

Dave,
What are you fastening the straps to on the windshield?
