B-1 Left Hand Door Tire carrier

I'm looking to buy some missing parts for mounting my B-1 Driver's Door Spare Tire Carrier.

I need the following parts:

1) Spacers 1561785 2 ea
2) Spacers 1561786 4 ea
3) Spring 7413297 1 ea
4) Guide 1560057 1 ea (?)
5) Slide Bolt 182776 1 ea (?)
6) Leaf Spring spacers 2 ea(?)
7) Longer Leaf Spring U-Bolts 4 ea (?)

The spring is the one that is part of the locking mechanism inside the cab, behind the door & driver's seat.

The guide and slide bolt are called out in the MWO ORD G741-W7, but no one I've talked to has ever seen them. Maybe they just got "lost" on installation because they were not "needed".

I could probably make the spacers if I knew the length. I have the bolts that go through them (or I have all the information to identify the bolts) so even if I just found one of each I could make the others.

I've heard that the axle spring mount spacers exist together with the longer axle spring u-bolts but I have never seen any (but, until now I haven't looked).

So, are there any bits and pieces floating around out there to buy so that I can complete this MWO? Any suggestions on possible suppliers?

I recall Charles at M-Series telling me he has piles of M37 U-Bolts around; if you can obtain the correct measured length and send it to him, he can probably provide them. He sent me a standard pair a while back-even chased the threads for me w/o being asked!
