GENERATOR/VOLTAGE REG
GOOD MORNING, I removed and replaced my gen/voltage reg with a single wire delco. I thought the gen/voltage had gone bad as it was not charging. Upon removal I saw that the wires from the rear plug of the voltage reg had broken. The gen/voltage reg were working fine and I never had a problem until the wire parted. So if anyone needs these items; I think $150 plus shipping, the gen is quite heavy, would would be fare. local pick-up is also an option. Bob. Is the voltage regulator the older relay or the newer transistorized one ?

DONT KNOW!! ITS A BIG BLACK BOX WITH TWO PLUG-INS. ITS IN MY STORAGE BLDG. I'LL BRING IT HOME TODAY AND GIVE YOU ALL THE INFO OFF THE BOX. I ASSUME ITS ORIGINAL TO MY 52 M.
