I added a shot of my finished trailer frame in my album. Next spring I just need to blast and paint the cargo tub and bolt it together. My boss is once again gracious enough to give me some storage space at work. I am going to take the trailer frame down there and keep the truck at home this winter to work on odds and ends.
Saturday we attended the last car show of the season the Marshallville, Oh "Bucket and Beans" show.I placed in the top 20 out of about 250 cars A great way to finish the season.
In other news I finally did it, I now own a vehicle I used a paint roller on . I picked up a 1995 Dodge 1500 shortbed that was sitting in a neighbors backyard forever. It suffers from the peeling paint that many of the Dodge pickups of those years did. Surprisingly, there is no rot through anywhere! The cab top was down to primer and rust. Yesterday I sanded it down to grey metal, then cleaned it with "Pickle X" metal prep. I was given a case of Krylon black Iron Gard gallons I have been trying to use up for sometime, and this seemed the perfect opportunity. I rolled it on and it looks dandy for a farm/work rig. The hood also needs a re-paint, that I will spray the emerald green
