Cool find.Hard to tell from the pic but the barrel looks to have a bigger OD than a normal grease gun?

No David. They appear to be the same size as a regular grease gun . I thought it was a lot bigger at first but when I put them side by side there about the same size. I must have been fooled by the cosmoline.

I'm guessing it is a Motor-Pool item, or platoon/squad level item? Maybe you can do a club event, grease everyone vehicle, use it as a fund raiser?
