Australian members beware of this ''person''

Hello i sold some M601 parts to an individual called Chester McDonald and offered to him[for sale] a M601 in rough condition, which was left on my parents farm at Warwick Queensland, after they sold the farm and retired ,the new owners said it was ok to leave it there for the time being .This SOB kept on calling the present owners to see if it was still there ,later he called them and told them it was his, and he was coming to collect it ,and could they tow it off the property for him ,which they refused to do ,why they didnt call me and ask what was going on is beyond me ,anyway he came and loaded it on his truck, and on the way actually met someone who i knew, and he boasted that he had got it for nothing and it was ''offered to him as scrap'' which was a blatant lie .He then drove to Rockhampton where he lives .The person i knew told me he had seen him ,so i called him[McDonald] and asked'' how are you going to pay for it'',he replied ''ive got no money and i got it for nothing, as it was offered to me as scrap,by the owners of the property,and its not worth what you asked for it anyway [$1500.00] ''.i said if you dont pay for it i will report it as stolen to the police ,he then offered me $200.00 and i refused it .After some time i received a call from the Police who were going to investigate him ,after that i heard nothing ,so i called the Police ,the Officer made every excuse in the book why i should not pursue the matter ?????? later McDonald attempted to remove ANOTHER dodge powerwagon rolling chassis i had left on the property, this time the owners refusedto let him remove it .This A..hole is an investment adviser for Harvard Wealth in Rockhampton ,my advice is to avoid him at all costs, he is a liar, thief and cheat and i would not trust him with one cent of my money ,do not allow this person on your property or have any dealings with him ,he has also stolen at least one tractor in similar circumstances that i know of
