Hello List!
Things here have changed and I need to pear down the motorpool so it is time to divest myself of all my Dodge stuff. I have thought long & hard about this and have reached the conclusion that of the three MVs I own, it would be the M37 that would be the easiest to replace at a later time. I wanted to give the guys here, on the g741 site first crack before I put an add up over on steel soldiers.
1954 Dodge M37 complete, not running disassembled for media blasting. Has clear Va title. Truck has surface rust but very little rot out save for the usual spots (cowling, under head lights) use for parts or restore. The following parts are included and will not be sold separately. This is a package deal.
1) NOS (still crated) Transfer case
1) NOS Master Cylinder
1) NOS Headlight ring
1) Gov't rebuilt Transmission (still in the crate)
1) 4:89 ring & pinion set
1) Superwinch lock out hubs
1) set of disc brake conversion hubs (never mounted)
2) Gamma Goat tail light lenses (New)
1) Rebuilt front axle w/ disc brake conversion
There are other parts, too much to list here. I have pics of this M37 ( not the parts) but the photos are from when the the truck first arrived and was completely assembed. PM me your email address if you want to see them. The whole shebang for $1900.00

Re: '54 M37 plus parts for sale
Is this a winch truck or no winch truck?
How far disassembled is it? To the bare frame?
Is it shippable?
Do you have photos?
Is the bed decent? What type of wheels and tires? Is it a hard top? Does it have a good gas tank? Is the engine complete and stock?
I'm interested, but I need more detail. Sorry!

Hope this answers your questions, if you have any more please do not hesitate to ask. Thanks for looking.52 M-42 wrote:Is this a winch truck or no winch truck? Non Winch
How far disassembled is it? To the bare frame? Yes, to the bare frame. Eveything (save for the frame & cab) are in indoor storage-so everything's in one place.
Is it shippable? That would be a major undertaking. In a nutshell, anything is shippable I guess my question is where is it being shipped to? I will assist the buyer with loading everything
Do you have photos? I have photos of the truck when it first arrived and was complete (not dissassembled) If you PM me your email address I can send them to you.
Is the bed decent? What type of wheels and tires? Is it a hard top? Does it have a good gas tank? Is the engine complete and stock? Bed is decent but rusty, floor is solid. It was a soft top truck and has all of the (cab) top frame work. Top was pretty rotten & did not survive. Wheels are the standard 16" rims issued with the M37. Tires were also pretty rotten & so they are long gone. Engine is complete, stock (T-245 w/ rebuild tag dated to '67). Engine turns freely I'm going to have a friend come over and do a compression test on it and will post the results later. Gas tank is very nice with no dents or rust (odd, the only part of this truck that isn't). Interior & exterior were steam cleaned.
I'm interested, but I need more detail. Sorry! Don't be, All good Questions!![]()

I know that the truck here as already sold but I just want some few inquiries here. For how much did you sold the truck? For me the buyer was so lucky because the truck parts seems to be working enough. And also, any ideas here of dealer or seller or affordable parts? I saw many truck parts on stock online and shops but I can't decide yet if go through into it.
