Just tossing this idea around, would I have any interested parties if I split up the door mounted spare tire carrier...?

Thinking maybe $325 for the main unit, $75.00 for the spinner and spinner plate, $20 for the latch, and $65 for the weights?

Any thoughts?

Cordell,

Are those weights? I assumed those were spring spacers. But I know very little about the door mounted spares. Anyway, if those are spacers, I might have some interest in them if someone else buys some of the other parts. I wouldn't want you to split it up just for me.

Brett,

I assume we're talking about the same parts, I just always called them weights as they offset the weight of the spare tire; it's probably just my terminology which is incorrect or confusing - sorry about that. I'll let you know if I get any interest in other components, and maybe we can make a deal.

I'd take the latch at 20. What will suck as that as soon as this arrives, I will find my original one!!

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, I've been taking advantage of these nice days we've been having in CT... I'll keep you in mind if I get any bites on other pieces; if you need one now - I might have another one in T/O condition, I'll try to check tomorrow.

Heya, Oddball-CmK!

I'd be interested in the spinner and plate if you you part this out.

You should have some luck at Aberdeen, if not I think you should try John at Midwest Mil.

Vinny, where are you located? I have a decent exhaust manifold that just needs the bushiungs on the winter/summer flapper replaced....
