Hey Crew.
I'm getting ready to remove the bed from Lori's "M". Charles mentioned picking by all 4 corners. Anybody have any more tips?? Can I lift by dropping a chain down the stake pockets? I don't want to bend anything! 6 bolts hold it to the frame??

Re: Bed Removal
Hi Tim,
6 bolts is correct.
I lifted mine with four tie down straps that I attached to the cargo bed cover tie-down hooks. The bed was not that heavy and I didn't see any bending of the hooks.

Re: Bed Removal
Removed my bed the same way as Bert and like him I saw no hook bending, using the hooks in that way gave a level and stable lift.

Be sure you disconnect your fuel filler neck. I swapped my bed with a guy on each corner....

Tim here's a picture of how I removed the box on my trailer, I used the same method on my truck.
