CONGRATULATIONS
Hey,
Congratulations on the sale. Did they take the trailer too? the parts truck? Hope you were able to make a great deal and come out where you can focus on those other projects you were telling me about.

New M37
Brian,
You got a really nice looking M37 from our Louisiana friend. The trailer was a nice plus. I know u will enjoy it ... and we can swap stories and stuff about the M37 series as well.
Yeah, Rondell's truck. Know him? Nice guy and his wife as well. Made the trip up, paid him, and drove back to our little farm here in NE LA. Since purchase I've put on a paint job, new markings, NOS cargo cover, got a NOS cab cover to install, still have to put canvas covers on the seats, but have to replace the plywood base on the driver's seat. Also have put on several parts ... still have to repaint the bed. The truck was in pretty good shape overall .... just needed some upgrading. Will have to fix some "bondo" places probably this summer ... cut out and replace with welded metal ... nothing big I believe.
Well ... great to hear about your aquisition and to talk about my truck and Rondell as well. Feel free to email anytime ... papacarlock@dishmail.net is a good em location ........ anytime ......... good luck with the buy.
