Anyone know WW2 era trucks?

We picked up this ex-military 1943 Dodge WF-32 fire truck and unfortunately all of the exhaust valves are stuck up. We are going to pull the head and go from there, they cannot be freed from the valve covers. What we are wondering is if the T118 engine uses the same head gasket as a 218 or 230. All are L heads, any idea if the parts cross? Cant seem to find any info on a T118 which can be either 228ci or 236ci.
