Hello crew,
I actually got my truck a little dirty yesterday. I wanted to get some shots before winter. I decided my yard was too wet so I ran down the street. It looked pretty solid but when I pulled off the street I sank about 4 inches. The pics came out swell so it was worth it. I will post them in my album. I will have fun washing the rig today in the 48 degree Ohio weather. In other news I have procrastinated in finding storage for the M. Needless to say my $50 a month indoor spot has filled up..I want to get my trailer inside the garage so I can work on it over the winter. I am trying to talk my boss into letting me put the M37 in the warehouse at work. We'll see. Two weeks ago I had the priviledge of visiting M-Series Rebuild. Charles is a real gentleman and a master craftsman. I had a fantastic time . Special thanks to my wife Mary who let me plan the first half of our vacation around my visit to Norwood, NC. and puts up with my MV antics.

Thanks guys. As of yestderday my boss agreed to let me keep the truck in the warehouse at work. It is heated and there is an alarm system, cant beat that. I'll store it in the next few weeks and then get started on that trailer

Sunday I stored the M for the winter at work. It now looks like it is ready to be put in a cargo hold surrounded by pallets. After a simple 347 point manuver I got it as straight as I could, then put the jack under the rear end to line it up with the back wall.
I first had to move all of the pallets, tuck the rig in, then move them back. I got my workout for the day. The wife was with me and I scared her to death when I was pulling the truck into position with the floorjack by myself. She thought for sure I was going to have a hernia I wrapped the pallet wrap around it to keep co-workers from opening the doors.

It's great that your boss is letting you store the M in the warehouse but you may want to remove the stretch wrap. I don't know what type of film you used but some of this cast film will leave a residue that can ruin the paint. I would hate to see that happen after all the work you put into the truck.
