Snow on the way?!

Post by Cal_Gary »

Looks like snow on the upper elevations coming in this week-too soon for me, still trying to get a couple bed parts replaced then a couple of coats of primer sprayed on the bed before winter hits....

We are due snow at the end of the week also Gary.
Luckily I will be in Florida for a couple of weeks and then back to the freezing conditions again :?

Will be fitting snowplow on my return.

Hope it stays away from Maryland for a while, not ready for that yet.

Well I covered my patch job with some filler today-hope to finish-sand it on Wednesday, pressure wash the entire bed, finalize my prep work, then primer the bed at the end of the week or early next week (supposed to be 70 degrees next Monday). Still waiting on the bed end panel from our friend John Bizal-should be arriving in a week or so.
More to follow,

Well it's starting up in the higher elevations now-I spent three hours earlier today at the rear end of mine, removing the last remnants of the old bed end and ducking rain at the end of the garage, but hey, better than running out of gas after an hour due to 95 degree heat! I also got the end panel from John Bizal today so I hope to get it installed soon.

I heard this AM that a plane was stuck on the tarmac for 7 hours because of the snow out east. The pilot was begging the tower for a tow bar and a tug but no tow bars were available, so the pilot ask for a ride to the shop so he could weld one up.

Only got 1.5 or so, no M in the snow shots so far this year but it's early :D

How about a last big snow pic for all who want to see the M at play time:

Thanks guys, my wife Sandy took that shot and others are here including the "cookie picture": http://outdoors.webshots.com/album/576002585Znpazi

Might be moving snow this year with this instead of the M37  bought it last month to help clear some land I own.
