Have you already tried Fair Radio and Green Radios?
If no luck there then there is a complete working unit on Ebay at $320 and going up.

You could email him and get the part number for the cannon plug he used.

The DC power cable, CX-1359/U I constructed myself using the correct military connector and attaching large aligator clips for use with the battery of choice. All other cables and components are original military issue.

I searched the p/n on their sites with no luck. I will call them this week and see what they can offer. Alot of the cables look so similar. Thats a nice set on ePay.
