need driveshaft yoke

Post by 98taco3 »

I need the front yoke for the rear driveshaft. Not the one on the transfer case, the one the ujoint presses into. anybody have one?

The machined fit for the ujoint is worn out and the cap spins in it. Found where my noise was coming from but only took disassembling the truck to notice it

Not actually the slip yoke. I need the mating flange that mates from the ujoint to the flange on the tcase. I should have worded that a bit better lol. Just the end of the driveshaft, the slip yokes on mine are in nice shape...

I may have one here in a while, all my shafts are at the driveshaft shop right now. I'll probably have one to spare. You could always put a new joint in, and tack weld the cap to keep it from spinning. It would probably hold up to as many miles as you'll ever give it.
