I have a few questions, Will it be a worth while up grade, and understand even though my truck stops fine I would like to reduce pedal pressure required? Also does this unit look right for the M37? Is it remotely mounted? Thanks much fellows and please re-frame from buying it out from under me if it is what I need. It was done here before by a poster.

Re: Power boost brakes
It is an improvement and I have one on my truck with the stock drum brakes. There are many different models with different size diaphrams (the booster part). I don't believe that M37s ever had them, but they can be installed.

Re: Power boost brakes
Anything can benefit from power brakes. I once owned a 1935 Ford school bus with a factory-installed vacuum booster hooked up to a mechanical brake system! I figure if it can be done with mechanical brakes, it can be done with anything!
