I am happy to say that "I have to work tomorrow" -one of the best holiday gifts I've ever received.

Wishing all a Merry Christmas and most prosperous New Year. Don't forget the real reason for the season!
Been really busy and not much computer time recently, off today, so I've got a few minutes.

I'm just guessing, but I think this is the first "White Christmas" since 1993? (at least here in Central VA)

We didn't get a "white Christmas" here in Elberton, GA yesterday, but we woke up to a "white Boxing Day" this morning. Got about an inch of the white stuff, and the TV station is describing "severe winter driving conditions" and advising anyone who doesn't have to go out to stay home this morning. Ha! I scoff at such words! The bigggest hazard for us transplanted midwesterners is the idiot natives who don't know how to drive on slushy pavement and don't even bother to slow down.
