1953 M37 in Central California

My M37 is complete minus the transmission. Steel top with very little with minor flaws. Tub has cancer on both driver and passenger thressholds but should be an easy fix. Driver/passenger glass is broken/ windshield frame and glass is in great condition. Original 230 engine w/ 12 volt conversion, turns nicely but does not start.
