Wanted Army green vehicle logbook as used for a 1952 M37.
I am looking for a Army green vehicle logbook as used for a 1952 M37.
The logbook is a small green three ring binder with pockets on the inner and back covers.
Thanks,
Paddy

I've got one, had it forever & can't remember where (epay maybe) or who I got it from. I'll post a pic of it tomorrow.

Hey paddyofurniture,
I took seven pic's of it, if you double click on the pic, it should take you to my webshots page?

I too a pic of the fed stock #, (inside back cover) I now realize that this is not quite what you were looking for, but it might get you closer?
Also I purchased it off of ebay, around 2000/2001, from a dealer named Ted is about all I can remember

That is very cool. I have never see one like this before.
I must find one of these for my book case!
Thanks,
Paddy

It will hold more than one manual, two I guess?
I have a complete set of Motor Pool Manuals, WWII & Korea/Vietnam era, that are wired together & then bound with Hunert MPH Tape, very old & cool.

These are the one I obtained in January of 1980 when I was in the US Army Berlin.
The cover reads “US Army Equipment Record Folder”.
Marked in side back cover “Jefferson rehab CTR Watertown NY 02 RSHG`S02F60091”
There are four internal pages in each book.

Paddy, I have seen these on ebay and maybe even Rick Larsen might have 'em, or Trader Joe's Outpost?

Heya, Paddy and all!
Boy, does that bring back memories! That's the same type book we had in our 1/4tons and later in our first HMMWVs. I have one I bought fresh off of eBray for when I finally end up with something Army.
Now, a question for the experts... what type documentation folder / binder / pouch would be applicable to a 1953 Air Force XM152? I know the earliest TM's included the XM152, but that vehicle was dropped from mention in the later editions.

Most trucks I used from 66 to 90 in the Air Force had a canvas pouch about 8 1/2 by 11" with a snap shut top flap screwed to the inner door panel or the the side or rear wall. The inspection checklist, inspection record, and accident card were in there. No fancy binders like those green Army units.
