Good morning all. Got the radiator back from the shop yesterday. The only thing I had to do was bolt it up, add H2O and fire it up. Off she went, let her idle for a bit then took her around the marina for a brief shake-down. All seemed well, so I boted up the radiator grill guard, gave her a wash and drove her home, about 6 miles. Kept it slow and easy, so all the other drivers could get a good look. I almost forgot how much attention she draws. One little quirk, I noticed on the drive, the gas pedal does not return to idle, all the time. YOU have to hit the pedal. I know I installed the return spring on the gas pedal linkage. Maybe it came off??? I had a tonneau cove made for the cockpit with a zipper down the middle, over the winter. i had removed the soft top & I had that in place for the drive and when I got her home, just a couple of snaps and she was closed up. So i am ready for the july 4 festivities. All in all a very good day yesterday. Thanks for all your help when i needed it
