Some of the numbers are out dated but I printed it up and keep it in my service manual where I add and update numbers.

Your welcome. Having gone through the M twice, and one of my PW's the numbers were handy from last years work. The bearings for the PW I got from from Alex Nash at Nash Lift Truck Supply Company (looks like their WEB page changed to: http://www.nashlift.com/).

Happy Fathers Day,
Will

This list needs another update, Timken bearing prices haven't been that cheap literally in years. We can't even get a quote from Timken any more that is good for more than 30 days, cost is up,up,up. NAPA hasn't sold VICTOR products in at least 5-7 years, I think even longer. The NAPA online cost listed here is ginormous for inner hub seals. You will almost always be better off buying from a bearing supply house than through an auto parts outlet when shopping for bearings and seals. Check out local sources in your area. The guys at NAPA say they can't buy quality bearings wholesale as cheap as our bearing supplier sells to us, it's worth your time to check it out. Be careful, lots of Chinese brands are out there now, especially at NAPA, they have THE low price on all these off brands. The issue is these brands don't share THE quality. We don't install that kind of stuff, so I just don't price it, however the NAPA rep has made us aware they are the low price leader in imported bearings. Shameful, NAPA was once the quality leader, my how things have changed.

Charles,

My bearing prices were from Nash Forklift, they were excess stock (at the time) and they were looking to move them, so I bought at those prices back in August, and yes Alex was way cheaper than most. Yes NAPA is high, I bought elsewhere cheaper as well. Guess I should have left my prices off.

Will

No problem, I knew there had to be some catch to the bearings being that cheaply priced. You can find excess parts on occaision, Timken will allow their stocking dealers to keep stock on the shelf only for a certain period of time, yes bearings do have a shelf life in their opinion. We deal with a large Timken distributor, our rep tells us that once a bearing has been on the distributor's shelf for something like 3 years I believe, it must be removed and sold as surplus. He has made mention of surplus buyers coming in and buying such items when they are pulled from stock. I don't know the whole shelf life story, need to check that out sometime.
