screw Needed for E Brake

Post by SierraM37 »

Anyone know the size of the screw that threads through the three holes on the emergency brake band directly adjacent to the J Bolt? Want to know if I can fab something or procure locally with something similar and modify it.

Part number is NP-35775 according to figure 08-3 on page 212 of the exploded parts manual I have. It also appears to be double nutted on top. If I get that done, the transfer case is complete. Thanks in advance.

It is simply a 1/4" bolt, easy access where bolts are sold, you can either double nut after adjusting as you mentioned or use 1 self locking nut.
