Maintance Records

Post by Carmen »

Ok I know that we all service our trucks on a regulard base. What I am looking for are the service sheets that the Army used when they did work on their trucks. I am sure that there was a standard work sheet that they had to fill out everytime they did something to their trucks and that record followed that truck where ever it went.

I have been keeping records in a binder, but I like to show the records the way the Army would have done it.

If anyone has a copy of one can you please post it.

Thanks

My truck had the original 3 ring binder in the map box when I picked her up. Among other things are pages that list any problems or issue on the truck as well as who and what was done to correct the problem. Im in Salt Lake for awhile and my truck is in Idaho but as soon as I get back I can send you some pics if you want.
