Does anyone know when aberdeen is this year. I am trying to be there myself and get my m37 and m35a2 done and ready to show. As many of the people here on the east coast know this is the show to attend. I my self cannot wait.

I can't believe the Aberdeen show is only about 3 months away. Seems like I was just there yesterday....Hope we have nice weather again this year. Its hard to shop for parts when its pouring rain and everybody has their stuff covered in tarps.

Held at Cal Ripkin Stadium, just off of I95 in Aberdeen. Exit at rte 22. Stadium is on the north side of the highway. Get off highway, and head north on rte 22 to first light(less than 1/2 mile) then make a right. Follow 1/3 of a mile to parking lot. Very easy to find.

Carter may have some pictures and I think Cabel Garbee' s site has pictures from previous shows.

Its a big show. Plan to take at least an entire day to peruse the vendors. I normally take a vacation day (or two) and go there on Thursday or Friday. I only live 40 miles from the stadium so it's convenient in that I can go home and then drive back the next morning. Carter has it made, as he lives only like ten minutes from the show........

Nick is correct, I live about 5 miles from the rally site at Ripken Stadium and have been attending every year since it was being held at the stadium. Before that we were fortunate to be able to hold the ralley on the local military base, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) but that ended following 9-11. Before being held at Aberdeed the East Coast Rally used to be held at Summit, Delaware. But was relocated to APG in the mid 1980s. So much for the history lesson.

I have photos on my WebShots site of some of the vehicles that have attended the rally in the past several years. See the links below:

I used to attend Aberdeen every year since the early 90s. Haven't been able to make the last couple of shows do to conflicts of interest. It is a show worth going to especially since it's the biggest one on the E.coast. Lots of stuff to see there.

Here's a thought, There seems to be a lot of guys on this forum that live on the east coast, why don't we try and have a get together/dinner at aberdeen some time? I know the mutt guys (from over on g503.com & g838.org) do it as do the big boys (2.5 & 5 T guys from steel soldiers). Just an idea
