Flange Measurements

Post by Sal »

Merry Christmas to all.
I'm replacing all the seals and Companion Flanges on my transfer case with new ones. Can anyone tell me what the diameter measurement should be for a new uncut flange ? I seen in some old posts that some of the NOS flanges could have been turned on a lathe, and in that case I would have to use a redi-sleeve # 99212 . But if the flanges haven't been cut then I wouldn't need the sleeves. All 4 of my "NOS" flanges measure 2.128 in Diameter and the seal #410308 is 2.125. Would I need to sleeve them ?

I'll measure one. I just took my own and machined it down, and pressed on my own stainless steel sleave that I also machine myself.
