LOCKING HUBS

GOOD EVENING ALL,
I JUST GOT BACK FORM A HUDSON CANYON CHARTER AND MY NEW LOCKING HUBS WERE DELIVERED. BEFORE I PULL THE CAPS OFF AND INSTALL THE NEW LOCKING HUBS (DON STOCKLEY) ARE THERE ANY SUPRISES I SHOULD BE LOOKING AT? OR JUST REMOVE THE SIX NUTS AND STUDS AND INSTALL THE NEW KIT??

sometimes the drive flanges can be a bear to get off when they stick, but, use the puller bolt holes, and give them a few gentle taps and they usualy come right off.

Put the transfer case in neutral as well, to remove any load from the axle shafts prior to removal.

THANKS TO ALL. THE ORIGINAL CAPS CAME RIGHT OFF, NO PROBLEM AND THE NEW LOCKING HUBS FIT PERFECTLY.
