Had to share!!!

Post by Rick C »

Sorry guys, might seem boring but had to share.... Was at an antique construction equipment show this weekend. Waaay cool with lots of working old stuff there. I wandered by the flear market area and scored 2 NOS 24 volt headlight bulbs with douglas connectors.... $5.00 for the pair!!! You never know where this stuff will turn up!!

I am building a shed for mine so I can work on it, slowly collecting new parts for it as money allows.
Have you decided to keep yours?

Rick,

A good deal is never a boring story! Glad to here you lucked out with that bulb find. I love those kinds of deals. I found a mint USN gerry can last month for $10. I love outdoor flea market season here in OH :)

Well, if someone wants to buy teh M43 I'm always open to selling it!!!
Wish we had real flea markets here in RI. All of the good ones closed and the rest are basically dollar stores out in the open. I've had a few people give me gerry cans when the hear about the trucks. I have a WWII one given to me thats in really nice shape..... Before the bulbs last good score was a sweet looking pioneer rack at a yard sale....
