Heater switch placard......?

Anybody have, or know of anybody who has the three position heater switch placard? I know Saturn Surplus sells a placard, but that from what I've been told is a sticker. I'm not paying five bucks plus shipping for a sticker. I am looking for the actual bolt on etched or screen aluminum plate. Appreciate any leads........

The one I want is the second one(the horizontally laid out tag) you show, however I wont buy from Ebay. I vowed to never buy from an online auction. Just something I won't do, but thanks.
