ok I know someone has to have some rotted windshield frames lying around, i need the 2 welded on tabs that the latches on the hood grab to hold the windhield in the down position, I also need the 2 bolt on tabs for the soft top straps on the windshield thanks

well looks like i still need 1, the nos one I recieved is for the right side of the trans to face rearward not the left side and i cannot get ahold of the seller so still in need of a case

I am still in need of a towbar foot ealier cast style uses a 3/4" pin to attach to the towbar and has 2 additional holes i guess for use on different size vehicles

or a pair of reasonably priced new style feet that attach to the bar with a 3/4" pin

ok now i see what you are talking about, they are slots that face rearward, we will need to remove the soft top frame to instal the u and j bolts what are the straps that goto the footman loops on the dash and the bolt on brackets on the windshield frame? are they supposed to be permenantly attached...

J & U bolts anchor either pilar from the inside, on the lower end of the rear pilar. Which one is the bottom one, I think it's the "U".....but I've been wrong before? You're right. The "U" goes on the bottom, and the "J" goes on the top. The reason for this is that...

ok bruce I need to go through dads stuff to see if we have the two bolt on tabs, but the weld on ones next to those that the window hold downs are hooked to are the ones i need pics of so I can make em and weld em back on (probly clear as mudd lol)

we took off dads hard top and there are 2 pieces cut off the top of the windshield frame guess for the hold downs? and i think the cab soft top straps run through em? anyone got pics of these/ measurements so I can make em and weld em back on, thanks

there is an adapter you buy to put inline on the sparkplug wires so you can hook on the timing lite, first thing we did when we bought ours was new points and condensor and welcome, call charles he is a big help
