ok,.. i have a 1952 m37, im looking at putting a 350 or 400 sbc in to it! with a th400 or 700r4 trans .Does anyone have any good advice?

i just bought a 1952 m37, the motor needs rebuilt, im looking to put a v8 in to it!, the flat 6 thats in it has everything, not sure what to sell it for any ideas? plus im stuck on what motor i should put in to it. does any one know if they make a chevy bell house for the np420? or should i go a dif...
