Winch bushing bearing problem help needed

Post by delta31 »

We got the drum shaft bushing out of the clutch housing. This bushing has a much bigger OD
Than the nos replacement bushing. The OD of the one that came out is around 2.086 instead of 2.002 that it should.

Has anyone encountered that? Could it be a repair? Any ideas for sorcing a replacement?
Thanks

McMaster-Carr will have what you need. I'd use SAE660 material.
