Registry info not adding

Hello guys,

Trying to add my M37 to the registry as I have been uncovering its info.

Every time I fill out the large form and submit, I get a white screen with a simple "M37 Registry" header and that's it. It doesn't go through. Seems to be because of the older style of the website, my browser thinks its a threat. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to exempt this particular website. has anyone else experienced this issue?
