locking door handles?
Are these available anymore? I know Piedmont Equip. had them (and a lot of other cool stuff), but they are gone. Anyone know of another source for these?

Re: locking door handles?
Interesting you ask that. A friend and I have been trying to figure this out. We got some handles that looked like the ones from David Ahl's book. They came off of e-pay.
I have not gotten to working on my doors yet but his truck is finished. The handles from e-pay, the spacing of the holes was not lined up with the original door holes.
So, he started searching around and ordered some and they fit nicely and all he had to do was cut some of the square shank off like in Ahl's book.
He found them at this web site: https://www.industrialhwe.com/
The part number is - PL367CHR - Locking L Handle - In his order he entered in the comments that he would like the two handles keyed alike.
