Try calling the usual suspects. Someone on the farcebook page just did a group buy a few months back.
I have personally amassed my own small pile of stock ones. Will be getting another set this weekend. They just sort of keep showing up. (Like exhaust manifolds)

The Foote's are junk, I have broken 4 total, 2 long and 2 short on my M37.

I just received the new improved two piece axles from VPW. I'm told that so for no one has broken them. I'm sure I will give them a good test.

I found them at VPW, that 2 piece setup is supposed to be a lot stronger. I know that quality costs,-- but I paid less than that for my whole truck (30 years ago)!
got to get a set, I'm afraid my 400 hp will pretzel what I have. Thanks for the info.

Yea, same here, pricey, and yep, more than triple what I paid for my truck. I'm running a stock'ish '68 318, so I'm now where near 400 HP and kept twisting the axles under hard load.

Has anyone ever contacted Moser or Strange about new shafts? A few of the places I have dealt with over the years. There are many new ones out there now but I know these places have been around since I had my shop in the 80's.

I snapped a number of those rear shafts over the years, so I had a shop fab a set of shafts out of 4130 round, splined the same at both ends.

Then I used a set of stock front flanges to couple it up. I remember having to turn the flanges a bit to clear the oil seal.

Never broke them, I tried.

I talked to Strange a few years ago, and they said they could not make one as long as the long rear shaft. Maybe they just didn't want to?

I did not see anything listed for the M37, is it something you have to talk to them about?

So for so good, haven't had a lot of trips on them yet, but happy so for.
