Please tell me where the accelerator pedal return spring attaches. I can see where one end attaches to the clip on the throttle arm but I can't see where the other end goes. Mine was around the accelerator connecting shaft and it does not look correct based on the manual.

i looked through all you rest and engine pics and all the photos with that end were blocked by the wiring harness, so I just could not see the exact location. But your recent pic is perfect!
