WTB 24 volt two speed toggle switch

Post by MarkPick »

Hoping someone can help me out, I am looking for a two speed 24 volt toggle switch. Same ones that came with the mutt heaters. I need two of them. One to replace my heater switch and the other to work my electric wipers.

Also,
I have the following items to offer, shipping from Cincinnati Oh. Jump seat for the bed of M37, Vacuum wiper motors, They worked but could use a good going over. One of them has a slightly bent shaft. And finally, I have a metal jerry can with the cone strainer. This is an old jerry can my dad had tucked away in his garage.

If interested or can help me out on the toggle switches please PM me.

Thanks
Mark

The two speed toggle is just a SPDT center off switch. Hardware stores sell them. If Saturn Surplus is still open, he has the waterproof versions. Speed is controlled by a sand-cast high current resistor that is a bit harder to come by in today's world.

You can go the resister route which builds up heat in the motor winding or you can be nicer to your DC motor and use a speed controller.
