Recommendations on replacement 12V batteries? The vehicle is 24V unconverted. I'm thinking about dual optima 12V Yellow tops but may avoid that expense until I check out the engine condition.

Looks like any group 31 batteries will work.

G741 trucks take a 2HN battery. 10-3/16" x 5-1/4" x 9" will fit in the original battery tray.
