If your M37 is highly modified should you still have military identification on the truck,,,what do you guys think or feel about the subject?

What do mean by "military identification on the truck"? Stars? Stenciled numbers and letters? Heck I've seen guys paint a Toyota pickup green and put stars and U S Army on it  If it's your truck .......do whatever you want to it. Now if you go and try to pass it off as the way it was...then you are just dumb.

Hi Dave,

I think I understand your concern.............I sure can't speak for everyone, but I don't think you'll be insulting any vets if you mark up your modified truck with original type markings. If it were my truck I'd try to tweak them just a bit, maybe a different font or make them fade a bit......but like Murf said.........it's yours, do what you want. Anything short of swastikas will be accepted. No let's some pics of that monster!

regards,
bob

I agree on its your truck do as you want. I also agree with changing them a little if your truck is really modified. You wouldn't believe what the public thinks of our trucks and what they think is stock or how the Military had it. Ive seen people that didn't know better think bobbed Deuce and a half's were still military because they had markings and were cammo..
