Re: 750 flaps on 900 rims?
750 flaps are not as wide as the 900 ones and can not protect the tubes from wear like the correct ones will.

just got off the phone from LUCAS TIRES and according to them
they all take the same flap
they all take the same flap
Re: 750 flaps on 900 rims?
Good information, thanks. Years ago the old 750s I was given were different so I now know they make just one for both.

Was it cheaper to get your flaps from Lucas tire than through vpw? I ask because I need to buy 4

very nice website, i'll be placing an order shortly. do our trucks (with stock rims) use the centered valve stem hole, or the offset valve stem hole?

Re: 750 flaps on 900 rims?
All flaps we have gotten in the last several years have both 7.50 and 9.00 stamped on them. We have had no problems; however I can't sit here and say yours are the same. Personally, I would have to seriously question it if 9.00 was not on it, there is simply too many people who will shoot you a line these days and won't give a second thought to your best interest. I'm careful whom I listen too unless it is someone I have confidence in.billy wrote:when i calledCarter wrote:Good information, thanks.
