I don't think industrial cummins are certified to be in an onroad vehicle.

It's no different than a 4bt in a bread van. Just different settings in the injection pump. From what I understand. Though I am no expert.

Unless you live in a state with really strict vehicle inspections, who would know? Or care? We don't have any safety or emissions testing on the western slope of Colorado. I think the big cities on the Eastern slope like Denver and Colorado springs do have testing
