I'm trying to find a place to get a bunch of the "square" bolt washers (don't know the proper name). Is there a place?

when I get back to the 37 I will try making my own washers out of stainless.......a chunk of threaded rod, two nuts, a stack of washers, a bench grinder with the right width stone and a steady hand should get the job something like.

McMaster-Carr also has them, look about a third of the way down the page:

Try John at MWM or Snake River 4x4. If irrc, they have had them in different sizes along with bed screws we all eventually need.

I may order some of these in 3/8", just to see what they look like. Too bad they stop at 3/8". Still pretty expensive.

I got some of the 3/8 washers from McMaster Carr, they are pretty close- the internal hole dia. is a little larger, and the internal teeth are smaller with more space between them. the exterior looks the same, with maybe a bit more aggressive edges.I sure wish it was easier to post pics here.

Some of our vendors on here may even have some used that could be cleaned up.
